maybe mapil hasheleg... but then i would feel obligated to use a different verb for the tal, too. And i can't figure out what the best way to say "condenses" in Hebrew would be :-P

Torah is often compared to water (ein mayim ela torah) and water in turn plays a major role in our weather patterns, so there you have it.
