Cool! Although i'm not sure if when this specific friend told me that, he was talking more about physical resemblance, or resemblance in interests, demeanor, personality etc.
And Dr. Jackson's Hebrew grammar is probably excellent. He speaks/reads pretty much all known ancient Human languages, as well as a number of alien languages like Goa'uld and Ancient. They constantly show him interpreting ancient alien artifacts and trying to figure out what they say, and what kind of alien technology they can get out of them.
