And well above the presumed 22nd century tide lines.
It reminds me of two different mass transit terrorism awareness campaigns:
in DC -- "If you see someone leave a bag on the train, kindly ask them 'Is that your bag?'"
in NYC -- "Take your things off the train. Or we will." (image of bomb-sniffing robot approaching a briefcase)
