Eden in Internet Fad Form

Step One:

Go to BadgerBadgerBadger.

Step Two:

Replace "badger" with Adam.
Replace "mushroom" with Hhava (Eve).

Step Three:

You can leave the rest alone.

Wait for it... wait for it...

Obviously, Badger represents the E text tradition, and Adam represents the J text tradition. But some hold that mushroom should not be replaced with Eve, but with Tapuach - though Banana is much more likely. And note that the snake's style of locomotion is that of a creature with legs - as, indeed, snakes did have before they were cursed to crawl.

Seems just as simplistic, and therefore beleievable, as what some other creeds believe.

An egg, a giant turtle, and two world snakes, hah! AND it's all just a dream of a being who himself was imagined by another dream.

I don't believe you can appreciate the full kabbalistic (and gematriatical) significance of this unless you play it while John Hartford a"h is already singing "Shoot That Turkey Buzzard" on the puter.

But re the kabbalisticity of it all, I've said too much already.

AAAAAAAAAARGH! HELP!

Dear man, you do not blog nearly enough. Most of the Jewish blogs are too dense or dull.

I am either too old or too clueless, but I don't get this at all. What's the joke - or is it just random silliness?
